Devon-travel is quick and easy by road, air, rail and sea from all other parts of the UK, and beyond.

Devon-travel-train There are excellent road links which will get you to Devon from all the major airports in the Midlands, South Wales and London , in as little as three or four hours.

There are also two regional airports in the county, one at Exeter and the other at Plymouth.


Driving to Devon from Europe? No problem - Brittany Ferries has regular car ferry services from Santander in Spain and Roscoff in France.

By Road

From London

Motorway M4 towards Bristol then M5 South West. At Exeter either A30 for north Devon or A38 for south Devon.

Devon-travel-coach

Alternative scenic route (longer in time, but less mileage) - A303 which will take you past Stonehenge. At Exeter either A30 for north Devon or A38 for south Devon.

From the Midlands/North of England

Motorway M5 to the South West. At Exeter either A30 for north Devon or A38 for south Devon.

You will be able to access Dartmoor from either the A30 or A38 at various exits, depending on your final destination.
